The Minnesota Waste Wise Foundation has launched a new program, called MNimize, to help food businesses reduce single-use plastic waste and receive recognition for their efforts.
In its first year, the fund will support a Certified Nursing Assistant training program, Academic Civic Engagement courses, Community Based Work Study positions, and the CCCE’s alternative spring break trips!
