Pam Altendorf, a Minnesota state representative, shared a series of posts on her X (formerly Twitter) account in late August 2025 addressing topics ranging from national voter trends to public safety and a personal incident at a political event.

On August 25, Altendorf referenced national voter registration statistics in a post that read: “Nation-wide Democrats down 4.5 MILLION Voters per @CNN

PLEASE! Keep up the CrAZy rhetoric and agenda Dems!!!

Y’all are turning off-voters without Republicans even spending a dollar of 2026 campaigning yet! “.

Later that day, she commented on crime reduction strategies in large cities, stating: “….IMAGINE THAT!!! Reducing crime in our largest cities is “NOT” about:

New Gun Laws and
Reducing Sentencing
(2 things the @MinnesotaDFL continuously pushes here in #MNleg)

Law and order happens by having the spine to enforce the current existing laws.

NOTED”.

On August 26, Altendorf described an incident at the Minnesota GOP booth involving law enforcement intervention: “I was there at the @mngop booth Victim of TDS Thanks LEOs and off-duty guys jumped in and helped too Crowd clapped when he was arrested”.

Altendorf represents District 20A in southeastern Minnesota. She has been vocal on issues such as election integrity and public safety during her tenure. The Minnesota Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party (DFL), which she references critically in her posts, is the state’s affiliate of the national Democratic Party. Debates over gun control measures and sentencing reform have been prominent topics within recent legislative sessions in Minnesota.
