Rep. Pam Altendorf, a member of the Minnesota House of Representatives, recently took to social media to criticize state tax policy and announce an upcoming event focused on election security.

In this statement, Altendorf criticized the Minnesota Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party (DFL) for proposing a new income tax bracket and accused them of consistently seeking ways to increase state taxes.

On May 4, 2026, Altendorf shared information about an upcoming event: ” Trust me…..You’re gonna want to JOIN US! Excited to announce JUDICIAL WATCH Coming to Minnesota May 19th @ 6pm Mermaid Event Center Mounds View (694 and 35W area) Elections are our highest priority…..come and be the first to find out steps we’re taking to secure them!”. She encouraged interested individuals to participate in the event aimed at discussing election security measures.

Altendorf’s criticism comes as debates over tax policy continue in Minnesota. Proposals from DFL lawmakers have included creating new tax brackets for higher earners in recent legislative sessions.
