Rep. Pam Altendorf, a Republican representing Minnesota’s 20A House District since 2023, recently posted several messages on her Twitter account addressing Memorial Day observances, criticism of Governor Tim Walz, and concerns about Medicaid fraud in the state.

On May 25, Altendorf commemorated Memorial Day by stating: “Today we honor all those who gave the ultimate sacrifice! ️Today we remember our Freedom was not, is not and never will be free! #GodBlessAmerica”.

The following day, she criticized Minnesota Governor Tim Walz for his treatment of military veterans and their families. On May 26, she wrote, “The contempt and dishonor @Tim_Walz continues to show our Minnesota military veterans and families is unmatched! #ActionsSpeakLouder #WalzLies #FallenValor”.

On May 28, Altendorf turned her attention to issues surrounding Medicaid fraud in Minnesota. She posted, “The Human Cost of Fraud This is NOT talked about nearly enough….as Minnesota suffers under a fraud epidemic……Minnesotans are falling victims to fraudulent “non-profits” who are charging for Medicaid services, but real people with real needs are getting taken advantage of”.

Altendorf was elected to the Minnesota State House in 2023 after succeeding Brian Pfarr as representative for District 20A.
