Mounds Park Sports Bar issued the following announcement on April 17.
It's Friday at The Mounds! Time for another update! The renovations at the bar looks wonderful, and hopefully someone will see it one day! We've been closed for over a month now, and I thought there was an end in site on May 4th! But now our terrible Governor has said he will not open the state until there are 5000 tests per day, there are around a 1000 now! I don't believe it is possible, there are people like myself(Dave), who will not get the test! So now it looks like it maybe May26th! Our constitution is slowly being stripped away!
We miss all of our family and friends at the bar! I will tell you 1 thing, Vegas is still opening May 1st, and I may be heading there!
