City of Elysian issued the following announcement on Oct. 12.
Announcement from event coordinators, "Due to COVID-19, this years Elysian Holidazzle parade and Fire Department Bingo is being canceled. We encourage people to please support and make donations to the local Elysian Fire Department, WE SHARE Food Shelf, and Elysian Sharing Tree during these difficult times. We look forward to seeing everyone next year.
