City of Kenyon issued the following announcement on Oct. 20.
This event will take place in the student lot at the high school in Kenyon. Vehicles will be parked in the spaces marked with the K-W logo. Groups/organizations are asked to arrived 30 minutes prior to the start of the event to decorate their vehicle and have candy or small items to give out to trick-or-treaters.
