City Of Red Wing issued the following announcement on Dec. 24.
Should wrapping paper go in your recycling bin? Because it's not easily recyclable, the answer to that question is no.
Repurposing the paper for crafts or in other ways is a great idea, but otherwise it should be placed in your trash bin.
