The City of Cannon Falls is seeking applicants for the position of Maintenance Operator II. Primary duties include participating in the daily operations of the Wastewater Utility Division, conducting line locates, generating paperwork and reports as required, and assisting with maintaining ballfields and parks. Minimum qualifications include: high school diploma or GED; considerable experience in plumbing or construction, or equivalent combination of education and experience; MN Class D Water License within 18 months of hire; MN Class D Wastewater License within 2 years of hire and valid commercial driver’s license with air brakes endorsement. Certified Pool Operator License desired. Pay range $21.98 to $27.85 per hour depending upon qualifications. Additional compensation as follows: Pool Operator License - $25.00 per month, Class D Water License - $51.37 per month, Class D Wastewater License - $51.37 per month.
