CITY OF DUNDAS: A Message From Dick’s Sanitation To Dundas Residents

Trash

City of Dundas issued the following announcement on March 27

As the public health pandemic caused by the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) progresses, the health and safety of our employees, families, customers, and communities is our #1 priority. Effective immediately, we are changing our trash, recycling & bulk pick-up services.

In an effort to minimize the exposure and risk to our drivers, trash and recycling outside of the container will not be serviced. All trash must be properly bagged and placed in the container; all recycling must be placed loose in the container. Items outside of the container will be left curbside or in pick-up area until this pandemic is under control and the risk to our employees is minimized.

Additionally, our bulk pick-up service will be suspended until further notice.

We appreciate your support and understanding during these unprecedented times and thank you for your continued business.
