PERSONAL EXPLANATION

______

HON. ANGIE CRAIG

of minnesota

in the house of representatives

Tuesday, July 19, 2022

Ms. CRAIG. Madam Speaker, I intended to vote Yea on Roll Call No. 320, Mr. Foster's amendment (No. 18) to H.R. 7900, the National Defense Authorization Act, which repeals the restriction on funding for the Preparatory Commission for the Comprehensive Nuclear--Test-Ban Treaty Organization. I inadvertently voted Nay when it was my sincere intention to vote Yea. Mr. Foster's amendment is a welcome addition to this bill and it has my support.
