Faribault Senior High School issued the following announcement on Nov. 05.
On Tuesday, November 8th, FHS will be partnering with the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) for an important mental health awareness event for all 9th grade students titled Ending the Silence. NAMI will also be offering a mental health presentation for parents/guardians on Thursday, November 10th at 6:00PM in the FHS Media Center. This opportunity will consist of a 1-hour presentation for adults with middle or high school aged youth that includes information about warning signs, facts and statistics, how to talk with your child and how to work with school staff.
