On Friday, March 14, former Zumbrota Mazeppa High School standout Avery Steffen’s current college team, the Minnesota State Moorhead Dragons, lost 8-2 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Missouri Southern State Lions.

The game took place at Pat Lipira Softball Complex. This was their first matchup against the Lions this season.

The Dragons’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 14 at 2 p.m. at Pat Lipira Softball Complex against Missouri Southern State Lions.
