Pam Altendorf, a Minnesota state legislator, recently used her social media platform to comment on issues of courage and government accountability. On September 11, 2025, Altendorf shared a quote from Charlie Kirk, stating, “COURAGE is… Committing yourself to the correct course of action, regardless of the cost associated with it” ~Charlie Kirk. She added a personal message: "Pray a new generation rises up in his memory & with the same courage Charlie had…they speak truth boldly for love of each other & of Jesus Christ!"

The following day, on September 12, 2025, Altendorf posted allegations regarding financial mismanagement within Minnesota's Department of Human Services (DHS). She wrote: "MN FRAUD Report This is @GovTimWalz legacy! @Minnesota_DHS has lost over 100 MILLION of 'Your' tax dollars to…. FRAUD WASTE ABUSE The perpetrators drive 'fancy cars', while 'MN citizens with real needs are EXPLOITED' Please SHARE these fraud stories with your".

On the same day, she also posted two links without additional commentary: "https://t.co/nsRyZxPNln https://t.co/kB1vwD48XN".

Allegations about fraud and waste within Minnesota’s DHS have been raised periodically by various public officials and watchdog groups. The department has faced scrutiny in recent years over its oversight practices and internal controls. Governor Tim Walz has previously addressed concerns about DHS operations by initiating reviews and supporting reforms aimed at improving transparency and accountability.

Pam Altendorf serves as a member of the Minnesota House of Representatives. Her posts reflect ongoing debates within the state regarding fiscal responsibility and public trust in government institutions.
