Pam Altendorf, a public figure and commentator, shared several posts on October 3, 2025, highlighting parental testimonies regarding the use of Leucovorin in children with autism and promoting a video about Minnesota.

In one post, Altendorf shared a testimonial about an autistic child’s response to medication: "TESTIMONY: Autistic child takes Leucovorin and has increased their verbal language." (October 3, 2025).

A subsequent tweet from the same day included another account: "TESTIMONY: Mom requested a Rx for Leucovorin and has now witnessed child with autism showed verbal improvements just days after taking it." (October 3, 2025).

Later that morning, Altendorf posted about Minnesota’s current state of affairs, encouraging viewers to watch and share a linked video: "Minnesota A Precarious State Here’s the link: https://t.co/Y3w4guBuWe Please SHARE this link and encourage as many Minnesotans you know to watch it!" (October 3, 2025).

Leucovorin is sometimes prescribed off-label as an adjunct therapy for children with autism spectrum disorder who have specific metabolic abnormalities. While some anecdotal reports suggest improvements in verbal communication for certain patients, clinical evidence remains limited and further research is ongoing.

Altendorf's social media activity reflects ongoing discussions among parents and advocates about alternative treatments for autism spectrum disorder as well as concern over state-level issues in Minnesota.
