City of Le Sueur issued the following announcement on Feb. 25.
SmartHub is here - and with it comes some great new features including real-time data on your usage. You can even set alerts so you'll receive notifications on higher than average usage.
As a reminder, Neonlink (our previous software) is no longer accessible. However, we have new, upgraded options with SmartHub. Paying your bill is easy, with several options:
• Online via SmartHub at: https://cityoflesueur.smarthub.coop/Login.html. To register, click the link and follow the online instructions to register as a new user (do not use dashes when entering your old account number). Your old account number is located on your paper bill (sent to every customer for the February and March billing). Or, give us a call at (507) 665-6401. We are ready and available to assist you.
• Pay Now. Don’t want to register with SmartHub? No problem. Simply access the Pay Now site to make one-time payments: https://cityoflesueur.smarthub.coop/PayNow.html.
• By Phone. Call 833-890-4824 any time of day to pay your bill.
