City of Le Sueur issued the following announcement on April 17.
With spring comes yard clean-up and we see a lot of you out sprucing up your lawns. This is great, but we ask you to please utilize our compost site (located off of Boright Street) for yard waste. The burning of old leaves and other yard debris can cause undesired smoke in your neighborhood and also causes a risk of unintended fires.
