City of Dundas issued the following announcement on Sept. 15.
Saturday, October 10th 7am – 11am
Must Provide Proof Of Residence
Location: Mill Towns Trailhead - 215 Railway Street N (Downtown across from City Hall)
No Charge For Acceptable Items With ID
Acceptable Items:
Household garbage, bulk items and construction waste including; windows, doors, lumber, shingles, sheetrock and scrap metal.
ITEMS accepting for a fee:
Appliances - $25 Electronics - $40 Computers- $40 Monitors - $40 Air Conditioner/Freezer - $35 Mattresses - $35 Tires - $5 each Tires w/Rims- $10 each Tractor Tires - $40 each
Unacceptable Items: Paints, sludge, tar, liquids, thinners, fertilizer, pesticides, batteries, yard waste and brush.
