Q2: Home prices in Randolph increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Randolph rose by $232,500 while total sales decreased by 50 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $446,800 - a 108.5 percent increase over the $214,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Randolph in the second quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Randolph for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $2,246, approximately 0.5 percent of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2022.
