The City of Duluth utility operations crews will be making a repair on the water system along Railroad Street today, Saturday, December 10. Water is expected to be turned off from 11:30 am until 4:00 pm. Water will be off along Railroad Street from Fifth Avenue W to Garfield Avenue, along Garfield Avenue from Railroad Street down to the end of Garfield Avenue by the Seaway Port Authority. A map of the affected area is below.
