City Of Red Wing issued the following announcement on Feb. 22.
City buildings will not be open to the public on Thursday, February 23, due to the winter storm warning. The Library and Waste Campus will be closing early today as well. Residential/commercial refuse and recycling collection will continue as normal. Our website, Channel 6, and social media will continue to be updated with snow emergency information throughout the week.
