Her comments ranged from praising the heroic efforts of a Coast Guard officer to expressing concerns over societal practices and hiring standards.

On July 6, 2025, Altendorf highlighted the bravery of Coast Guard Officer Scott Ruskin in a tweet. She reported that "165 people saved by Coast Guard Officer Scott Ruskin!" and extended her blessings to those involved in the ongoing rescue operations amid the Texas floods.

Later that day, Altendorf addressed the controversial topic of transitioning minors. In her tweet, she questioned, "HOW will we change the societal travesty of transitioning kids, causing irreversible harm to our children…!?" She emphasized the importance of lawmakers taking action to halt such practices and acknowledged individuals who have shared their adverse experiences.
