Later that day, Altendorf shared an exchange from the courtroom: "LAWYER: Did you have latex gloves in your backpack? NICOLE: I did! LAWYER: Why…!? NICOLE: ___ “IF I did find something disturbing” (full litter box or old food in fridge) “My intent would’ve been to stay and clean” CASE SOLVED everyone…you heard it! She was only there" The post refers to testimony given by Nicole, presumably the senator on trial, about carrying latex gloves with intentions to clean if necessary.

In a subsequent tweet on July 17, Altendorf questioned whether Nicole's statements amounted to an admission: "I’m not a lawyer, but… Isn’t this called ADMISSION Of GUILT….!?"
