Pam Altendorf, a Minnesota state legislator, posted a series of tweets between July 26 and July 28, 2025, addressing issues ranging from election transparency to public safety and infrastructure concerns.

On July 26, Altendorf commented on actions by the Minnesota Secretary of State, writing: "Breaking News MN Secretary of State refusing to share requested voter registration records with Federal Government DOJ. Hmmmm @MNSteveSimon how does this build trust and transparency into our MN election system….!?" The post questions the decision by Steve Simon, the Minnesota Secretary of State, not to provide voter registration data to the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ).

The following day, on July 27, Altendorf highlighted an incident in Michigan involving armed self-defense: “Good Guy with Gun”….. stops man with knife stabbing people in Michigan. Remember this next time @TheDemocrats try to infringe on your 2A rights! The tweet references a reported event where an individual carrying a firearm intervened during a stabbing attack.

On July 28, Altendorf turned her attention to infrastructure at a local venue: "Xcel roof leaking tonight during the @natebargatze show…." This tweet refers to an apparent maintenance issue at the Xcel Energy Center during a performance by comedian Nate Bargatze.

Pam Altendorf serves as a member of the Minnesota House of Representatives and has been vocal about election integrity and Second Amendment rights. Her recent comments regarding voter data access come amid ongoing national debates over election security and federal oversight. Similarly, her remarks on armed intervention reflect broader discussions around gun policy and self-defense laws in the United States.
