City of Elysian issued the following announcement on Sept. 15.
The Elysian Area Chamber is collecting donations for this years Trick or Treat Trail. If you would like to donate a new bag of treats/party favors to be handed out to the kids you can drop off at Elysian City Hall, Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm. Monetary donations are also accepted and will be put towards the spooky trail treats, decorations, and other expenses.
