City of Elysian issued the following announcement on Oct. 10.
Annual Spooky Trick-or-treat Trail starting on the Sakatah Trail by the Elysian Bank going West, looping around at the Tourism Center onto Main Street going East, and ending at the Elysian Fire Hall where hot dogs, chips, and a beverage will be served. Volunteers needed, contact (507) 317-0532. Monetary donations and bags of candy/goodies are also being collected at Pit Stop and Elysian City Hall.
