City of Elysian issued the following announcement on Dec. 31.
Elysian residents, if you have a real Christmas tree to dispose of, please place on the curb during the month of January and public works will be around on Monday's to pick them up thru the end of January. Please remove all tree decorations prior to placing on the curb.
