The Minnesota Veterans Virtual Career Fair will take place virtually on Thursday, Nov. 19 from 2 to 6 p.m. with employers that are participating in the event encouraged to offer full-time positions with wages and benefits that can support a family.

“We want to invite all Minnesota military veterans and active service members, including National Guard members and reservists and their spouses to meet employers who recognize and appreciate your military experience,” DEED Commissioner Steve Grove told the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED). “If you’re looking for work now, or are considering a career move, this is a great opportunity to hear from hundreds of employers, meet virtually with those that interest you and share your skills and experience with them."

To participate in the virtual event, registration is required and can be completed for free by clicking here.

“We want to thank all the great Minnesota employers who acknowledge the unique value those who serve or served in the military bring to their organization’s team,” said Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs Commissioner Larry Herke. “Military service not only provides high-tech training and real-world experience, it also builds character skills like integrity, leadership, teamwork and commitment to getting the job done right. Hiring a veteran is a great decision for an organization’s success.”
