City of Elysian issued the following announcement on Nov. 21.
Effective Monday, November 23, 2020 City Hall will be closed to the public / open by appointment only. Appointments can be made by calling 507-267-4708. Masks will be required at your scheduled appointment. Council and Committee Meetings will continue to be conducted in person in the Council Chambers. Accommodations will be made for those who would like to attend Council or Committee Meetings virtually. Thank you for your cooperation.
