City Of Red Wing issued the following announcement on Jul 22.
In 2020, an anonymous donor gave the City of Red Wing funds to restore the historic fountain in John Rich Park. You might have noticed the fountain under construction since then, but as of May this year, the restoration is fully complete.

Once again, we humbly thank our anonymous donor. Because of you, the fountain will stand in the heart of our city for another 100 years.
