City Of Montgomery issued the following announcement.
With elections right around the corner, we remind residents to keep all yard signs (i.e. political, real estate, yard sale) off public right of way. This includes all public spaces and in the boulevard between the sidewalk and the street. Residents should keep any signage on their private yards.
MN Statute. 11B.045 NONCOMMERCIAL SIGNS EXEMPTION.
All noncommercial signs of any size may be posted in any number beginning 46 days before the state primary in a state general election year until ten days following the state general election.
Municipal ordinances may regulate the size and number of noncommercial signs at other times.
